Every order — whether a single accessory or a complete dining set — ships at no cost to you. This policy applies to all products sold directly through dinecove.shop. We do not charge handling or packaging fees. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, additional charges may apply and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Cut-Off Time
All orders must be placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. Orders received after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed within the United States. We encourage you to plan your purchases accordingly, especially if you require expedited processing. The cut-off time is strictly enforced to maintain consistent handling schedules across our fulfillment network.
Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, DINECOVE requires a handling period of 1 to 3 business days. During this time, our team carefully inspects, packs, and labels your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Handling begins the business day following your order placement (provided the order was placed before the 5:00 PM EST cut-off). Custom or personalized items may require additional handling time; you will be notified of any changes. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Transit Time
After your order has been handed over to the carrier, estimated transit time is 2 to 5 business days. This window applies to standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and external factors such as weather or peak season volume. DINECOVE is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package is in transit. However, we will assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving any issues that arise.
Shipping Carrier and Tracking
We partner with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your orders. A tracking number will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout as soon as your package ships. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through our website or the carrier’s portal. If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Delivery Address and P.O. Boxes
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. DINECOVE cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We ship to residential and commercial addresses, including P.O. boxes, provided the carrier permits delivery. For P.O. box deliveries, we will use USPS as the carrier. If you require a signature upon delivery, please note that this option may incur an additional fee; contact us to arrange it.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. DINECOVE will work with the carrier to file a claim and, where applicable, issue a replacement or refund. For any missing items, discrepancies, or visible damage upon arrival, we require photographic evidence. Our support team will guide you through the process and respond promptly.
