At DINECOVE, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30‑day return and exchange policy. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from our website or through authorized channels. Please read the following details carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
Eligibility and Timeframe
You may return or exchange any item within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or missing components may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
Free Returns and Exchanges
We provide free returns and exchanges on all eligible orders. DINECOVE will cover the cost of return shipping, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label upon request. There are no restocking fees – ever. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost once your returned item has been received and inspected.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account. If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be returned in the same form.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number. DINECOVE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit if a prepaid label is not used.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including any return shipping charges. In such cases, we may ask for photographic evidence to expedite the process.
Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns and exchanges due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, opened food or beverage products, personal care items, and custom‑made or personalized products.
