By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any products or services offered by DINECOVE (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. DINECOVE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events. 6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt in their original condition. Certain items, such as personalized or final sale goods, are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
